Is it safe to say the COVID-19 era is finally behind us? During that time, I remember blogging about clearing out my cabinets and ditching non-clean beauty products in favor of cleaner, more natural alternatives. Since making the switch, my skin has truly transformed—I rarely break out, and there’s a noticeable brightness and clarity I never had before. One of my go-to brands is Westman Atelier, along with a few other clean beauty favorites. Honestly, these products are next-level—like bottling a little piece of heaven. I especially love the Vital Skin Foundation, which I use in shades two and three. It gives the most flawless, radiant finish.
This product is packed with clean beauty ingredients that truly benefit the skin. It features vegetable-derived squalene, which locks in moisture and boosts suppleness, and berry flux vita extract to deeply hydrate and support youthful skin. Camellia seed oil helps protect and maintain the skin’s moisture barrier, while coconut oil, rich in lauric acid, soothes dry skin with its natural antibacterial and calming properties. What I love most is how it evens out my skin tone without looking cakey—it just looks like real, healthy skin. When I use the Vital Skin Foundation, I always prep with serum and moisturizer first. Then I apply it only where needed and blend it out with a beauty blender for a flawless, second-skin finish. Next comes my favorite touch: the Westman Atelier Lit Up Highlight Stick—I’m already on my third one! I use the shade Glassy Iridescent under my eyes and on my cheeks for that all-over dewy glow. It contains a soothing Ayurvedic oil blend that protects the skin’s moisture barrier, along with Vitis vinifera (grape) extract to help detox skin cells and support collagen production. This has become my go-to everyday makeup look—clean, simple, and skin-loving. It makes me feel fresh, confident, and radiant.
